Jakarta Commitment Socialization and Public Consultation with Civil Society Organisation (CSO) and Regional Parties in Jakarta and Yogyakarta To expand the national "ownership" spirit for foreign loans and grants, the Secretariat held a series of events and dissemination of A4DE - Jakarta Commitment through public consultation with civil society organizations (CSO). On July 14, 2010, an socialization event in collaboration with INFID (International NGO Forum on Indonesian Development) was held and attended by 60 representatives from civil society, academia and the business world from Jakarta and surrounding areas. |

A4DES facilitated Procurement Working Group Meeting to discuss the results of the works that had been achieved and prepare Compliance Performance Indicator (CPI) in Batam, on 14-15 May 2010. The event was opened by the Chairman of the Working Group, Sarah Sadiqa, followed by referrals from Agus Prabowo, Deputy Director General for Strategy and Policy Development, National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP). |

A4DES Secretariat during a working group meeting in July 2010 A4DES secretariat on July 28th, 2010 facilitated a meeting between the management team and the entire A4DES working groups. The meeting was attended by around 30 participants that come from the management team, working groups and secretariat aimed to discuss proposed draft of Operation Standard as the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the activities of working groups as well as to discuss the Year 2011 Work Plan.
Kennedy Simanjuntak led the meeting accompanied by Tubagus Choesni and Dodi Miharjana. Many questions related to the technical aspects of the draft of the SOP were emerged, and it was agreed that prior the formal and finalized SOP, this draft of the SOP discussed in this meeting will be used as the applicable SOP. |

Working group on DID in Bandung, July 2010 Working Group Dialogue and Institutional Development (DID) held a meeting in Bandung on 15-17th July2010. The event aimed to refine the draft of the conceptual framework and mechanism for dialogue on coordination of foreign aid, which is one of the outputs to the respective working group presented at the next Steering Committee Meeting. Twenty six participants, members of working groups and invitees attended this event, led by Bahris Passeng from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs as the chairman of this working group and Komara Jaya, the expert staff from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs , and Yogana Prasta from the World Bank as the resource persons. |
